With over a decade of experience living, working, and traveling throughout the country, Ashlea has cultivated deep connections to southern communities and to family who still call it home. What began as a creative pursuit evolved into a daily practice with later dinners, wine shared with intention, long conversations, ease of the day, and a Mediterranean lifestyle rooted in presence, pleasure, and wellbeing.
As a multifaceted artist, sommelier, and mindfulness teacher, she shares this way of living not as a destination, but as something to be embodied wherever you are. Her purpose is simple, to sip, savor, and help you live fully with intention.
